Spirit of Adventure - Investment / Racing opportunity

Background
Spirit of Adventure was purposefully designed for the original owner by Owen Clarke as a one off design whose remit was for a fast long distance blue water cruising yacht. She is designed to sail with minimum crew and to be highly competitive. She is immaculately built and comes fully equipped with spares and ancillary equipment.
Ocean Sailing Academy (OSA) is putting together a syndicate to purchase the yacht and to enter/charter her on a on various races/cruises around the world including the World Arc Race. Blue water race cruising is in increasing demand with more events being offered annually together with prospective crew seeking berths. Owners will be provided with an allocation of berths whilst further berths will be sold to pay costs and provide a return to shareholders.
